I bring a broad and unique rang eof experience to the table. From October 1999 until July 2005, I was involved in litigation with a local levee district that resulted in a split decision. I developed an expertise on issues as varied as, Riparian rights, federal vs. state or local jurisdiction, boundaries, chain of title, abstracting back to the US Government Patent, adverse possession, deeds and conveyances, critical areas, levees, highways, bridges and a host of utility issues.
